D-Wave Systems announced that it will house its first Leap quantum cloud-based system outside of North America at the Forschungszentrum Jülich Supercomputing Center in Jülich, Germany. Forschungszentrum Jülich, their government and academic customers, and European business customers will be able to access systems. This expansion to Europe will bring interactions that will certainly create more methods, users and markets for D-Wave's system. On the technology front, the latest D-Wave patent is for developing higher degrees of interactions between qubits.
