1. A computer-implemented method for evaluating an individual for a behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment, said method comprising: (9) (3)

(a) displaying a plurality of questions relating to said behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment;

(b) receiving input comprising a response to at least one of said plurality of questions;

(c) generating an output indicating whether said individual has said behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment based on said input, wherein said output is determined with a statistical accuracy of at least 90%.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said output is generated using a behavioral classifier based on said input, and wherein said response is provided by a user who is not a clinician. (0)

3. The method of claim 1, further comprising: (3) (3)

(a) selecting or capturing a video of said individual;

(b) uploading said video for a review using a classifier; and

4. The method of claim 3, wherein said classifier comprises at least one question corresponding to said video. (0)

5. The method of claim 3, wherein said result of said review comprises a score generated by said classifier based on up to 8 features derived from a subset of features of a clinical assessment instrument. (0)

6. The method of claim 3, wherein said result of said review comprises a report, and wherein said output is further based on said report. (0)

7. The method of claim 1, wherein said output comprises a report indicating a clinical action to be taken based on whether said individual has said behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment. (1) (0)

9. The method of claim 1, wherein said at least one of said plurality of questions corresponds to at least one feature from a clinical assessment instrument. (1) (0)

11. The method of claim 1, wherein said statistical accuracy is determined by testing an algorithm that generates said output against an independent source of clinical data. (2) (0)

14. The method of claim 1, wherein said method is implemented using a smart device-based user interface or a web-based user interface. (0)

15. The method of claim 1, wherein said output is generated by evaluating said input with a behavioral classifier to generate a final score indicative of whether said individual has said behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment. (3) (0)

19. The method of claim 1, wherein said behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment is autism spectrum disorder. (0)

20. The method of claim 1, wherein said behavioral disorder, developmental delay, or neurological impairment is attention deficit disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. (0)
