1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (11) (4)

a) a therapeutically effective amount of an ibuprofen;

b) less than about 20% by weight of the composition of a pharmaceutically-acceptable liquid polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymer; and

c) at least 50% by weight of the composition of pharmaceutically-acceptable glycerolipids comprising monoglycerides, diglycerides, and triglycerides;

wherein the pharmaceutical composition is formulated to have a melting point temperature of about 25° C. or higher.

2. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the ibuprofen is at least 50 mg/mL. (1) (0)

5. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the ibuprofen is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or solvate of a salt thereof. (0)

6. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the ibuprofen is an ester thereof. (0)

7. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the liquid PEG polymer is in an amount of less than about 15% by weight of the composition. (2) (0)

12. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the liquid PEG polymer is PEG 400. (0)

13. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the pharmaceutically-acceptable glycerolipids is about 50% to about 95% by weight of the composition. (0)

14. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the pharmaceutically-acceptable glycerolipids is at least 60% by weight of the composition. (0)

15. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the triglycerides is at least 30% by weight of the composition. (1) (0)

17. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the monoglycerides is at least 10% by weight of the composition. (1) (0)

19. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the melting point temperature is about 33° C. to about 35° C. (0)

20. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the melting point temperature is about 30° C. to about 34° C. (0)
