1. A method of treating a human patient suffering from acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis comprising administering to said human patient suffering from acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis a therapeutically effective amount of Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa Futura 75 to effectively treat the acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis in the human patient suffering from the acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis. The method of claim 1, wherein the Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa Futura 75 is from at least one of mechanically pulverized flowers, flower-proximal leaves, stalks, roots, and seeds of a low-tetrahydrocannabinol variety, wherein the tetrahydrocannabinol content is less than 0.5 wt. %. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the tetrahydrocannabinol content is less than 0.2 weight %. (0)

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa Futura 75 is in the form of a salve, a cream, a gel, a lotion, a paste, or an emulsion. (0)

7. A method of treating a human patient suffering from acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis comprising: (6) (2)

obtaining an isopropanol extract of low-tetrahydrocannabinol variety of Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa using a solvent comprising isopropanol; and

administering to said human patient suffering from acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis a therapeutically effective amount of the isopropanol extract or a pharmaceutical composition containing said isopropanol extract to effectively treat the acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis in the human patient suffering from the acne, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa is at least one of mechanically pulverized flowers, flower-proximal leaves, stalks, roots, and seeds of the Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa. (0)

9. The method of claim 7, wherein the tetrahydrocannabinol content of the Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa is less than 0.5 wt. %. (1) (0)

11. The method of claim 7, wherein the isopropanol extract is in the form of a salve, cream, a gel, a lotion, a paste, or an emulsion. (0)

12. The method of claim 7, wherein the solvent further comprises water, a saline solution, acetone, an ester, or an ether. (0)

13. The method of claim 7, wherein the solvent is 70% isopropanol. (0)

14. The method of claim 7, wherein the Cannabis sativa subspecies sativa is Futura 75. (0)
