1. A method of treating a human suffering from Fragile X Syndrome comprising: (6) (1)

administering a therapeutically effective amount of synthetic or purified cannabidiol to the human suffering from Fragile X Syndrome to effectively treat the Fragile X Syndrome in the human in need thereof.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cannabidiol is (−)-cannabidiol. (0)

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the effective amount of cannabidiol is between about 50 mg and about 500 mg total daily. (0)
