Biotech Institute Awarded Plant Patent for ‘GRAPE LOLIPOP’ Cannabis Strain

Biotech Institute has been awarded another plant patent (US PP31,707) for a cannabis strain named ‘GRAPE LOLIPOP’. Applications for over 8 cannabis plant patents were published in June of 2019 assigned to Biotech Institute, with ‘GRAPE LOLIPOP’ and `LEMON CRUSH OG` being the first two awarded to them. 

‘GRAPE LOLIPOP’ has a main terpene profile consisting of myrcene, limonene, beta-caryophyllene, alpha-pinene, alpha-humulene, beta-pinene, and linalool. Maximum THC, CBD, and CBG concentrations are about 3.09-7.59%, about 9.97-16.68% and about 0.21-0.70% respectively.
