Bee'ah selected Johnson Controls, one of the top patent holders in the Energy Financial Settlement sector, for its skills and offerings across smart building systems and the underlying software platforms, embodied in the company's expansive patent portfolio. Although Microsoft was selected primarily for its AI technology, it also has several patent documents in this sector, indicating its ability to integrate seamlessly with existing grid technology.
