The present invention relates to a printed water-soluble package comprising bittering agent and a water-soluble substrate enclosing a composition, an exterior surface of the water-soluble substrate having one or more printed regions including a UV-cured ink, methods of producing such packages and their use, particularly, in detergent compositions packaging, washing dishes and laundering textiles.

- 1. A printed water-soluble package comprising a bittering agent and a water-soluble substrate enclosing a composition, wherein the water-soluble substrate has an exterior surface with one or more printed regions, wherein the printed region or regions include a UV-cured ink, and the bittering agent is incorporated within or film-coated on the exterior surface of the water-soluble substrate in the or at least one printed region.

A water-soluble enclosure comprising a printed water-soluble substrate arranged to form a cavity to receive a composition or material to be enclosed by the substrate, wherein the water-soluble substrate has an exterior surface with one or more printed regions, and wherein the printed region or regions include a UV-cured ink and the bittering agent is incorporated within or film-coated on the exterior surface of the water-soluble substrate in the or at least one printed region.

A printed water-soluble substrate including a bittering agent, wherein the water-soluble substrate has an exterior surface with one or more printed regions, and wherein the printed region or regions include a UV-cured ink and the bittering agent is incorporated within or film-coated on the exterior surface of the water-soluble substrate in the or at least one printed region.
