The APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A DIGITAL CONVERSATION MANAGEMENT PLATFORM (“DCM-Platform”) transforms digital dialogue from consumers, client demands and, Internet search inputs via DCM-Platform components into tradable digital assets, and client needs based artificial intelligence campaign plan outputs. In one implementation, The DCM-Platform may capture and examine conversations between individuals and artificial intelligence conversation agents. These agents may be viewed as assets. One can measure the value and performance of these agents by assessing their performance and ability to generate revenue from prolonging conversations and/or ability to effect sales through conversations with individuals.

4 Independent Claims

  • 21. A processor-implemented digital conversation generation apparatus, comprising: a memory; a processor disposed in communication with the memory, wherein the processor issues instructions from the memory to: obtain a recording of a first dialogue segment from a user, wherein the first dialogue segment is a subportion of a conversational dialogue; provide a response to the first dialogue segment with at least one subsequent dialogue response segment; obtain a recording of a subsequent dialogue segment from the user, wherein the subsequent dialogue segment is a subportion of the conversational dialogue; allocate a value to the conversational dialogue; provide a dialogue asset for transaction, wherein the dialogue asset is any of: the allocated value; the conversational dialogue; and the allocated value and the conversational dialogue.

  • 29. A digital conversation generation medium, comprising: stored processor executable instructions to: obtain a recording of a first dialogue segment from a user, wherein the first dialogue segment is a subportion of a conversational dialogue; provide a response to the first dialogue segment from the user with an at least one subsequent dialogue response segment; obtain a recording of a subsequent dialogue segment from the user, wherein the subsequent dialogue segment is a subportion of the conversational dialogue; allocate a value to the conversational dialogue; provide a dialogue asset for transaction, wherein the dialogue asset is any of: the allocated value; the conversational dialogue; and the allocated value and the conversational dialogue.

  • 37. A processor-implemented digital conversation generation system, comprising: means to obtain a recording of a first dialogue segment from a user, wherein the first dialogue segment is a subportion of a conversational dialogue; means to provide a response to the first dialogue segment from the user with an at least one subsequent dialogue response segment; means to obtain a recording of a subsequent dialogue segment from the user, wherein the subsequent dialogue segment is a subportion of the conversational dialogue; means to allocate a value to the conversational dialogue; means to provide a dialogue asset for transaction, wherein the dialogue asset is any of: the allocated value; the conversational dialogue; and the allocated value and the conversational dialogue.

  • 44. A processor-implemented digital conversation generation method, comprising: obtaining a recording of a first dialogue segment from a user, wherein the first dialogue segment is a subportion of a conversational dialogue; providing a response to the first dialogue segment from the user with an at least one subsequent dialogue response segment; obtaining a recording of a subsequent dialogue segment from the user, wherein the subsequent dialogue segment is a subportion of the conversational dialogue; allocating a value to the conversational dialogue; providing a dialogue asset for transaction, wherein the dialogue asset is any of: the allocated value; the conversational dialogue; and the allocated value and the conversational dialogue.
