Superconducting Circuit Structure, Superconducting Quantum Chip And Superconducting Quantum Computer

A superconducting circuit structure, a superconducting quantum chip, and a superconducting quantum computer are provided, which relate to the field of quantum computing. The superconducting circuit structure includes: at least two qubits; a connector, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize transversal coupling with each of the two qubits; and a coupler, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize longitudinal coupling with each of the two qubits. Therefore, the .sigma..sub.z.sigma..sub.z parasitic coupling between the qubits is effectively removed, and a two-qubit gate with high fidelity is obtained.

3 Independent Claims

  • Independent Claim 1. A superconducting circuit structure, comprising: at least two qubitsa connector, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize transversal coupling with each of the two qubitsand a coupler, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize longitudinal coupling with each of the two qubits.

  • Independent Claim 10. A superconducting quantum chip, on which at least a superconducting circuit structure is formed, wherein the superconducting circuit structure comprises a superconducting circuit structure, and the superconducting circuit structure comprises: at least two qubitsa connector, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize transversal coupling with each of the two qubitsand a coupler, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize longitudinal coupling with each of the two qubits.

  • Independent Claim 19. A superconducting quantum computer, in which at least a superconducting quantum chip and a manipulation and reading device connected to the superconducting quantum chip are provided, wherein a superconducting circuit structure is formed on the superconducting quantum chip, and the superconducting circuit structure comprises: at least two qubitsa connector, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize transversal coupling with each of the two qubitsand a coupler, coupled with the two qubits respectively, to realize longitudinal coupling with each of the two qubits.
