Labrador Llc. is a non-operating subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group, which is owned by Softbank. Labrador was incorporated on March 6th, 2020, and has been assigned all of the IP created by the now-defunct biotech company Theranos. The company is incorporated in Delaware, and is currently engaged in litigation against BioFire over BioFire's alleged infringement of Theranos IP portfolio regarding COVID-19 testing methods.
