An example of a display system includes a sensor, a projector, and control means. The sensor senses user information for calculating a state regarding sleep of a user. The user information is, for example, biological information such as pulse. The projector projects and displays a predetermined image. The projector, for example, projects the image upward to project and display the image on the ceiling. The control means controls the projector in accordance with a state regarding sleep, which is calculated on the basis of the user information.

6 Independent Claims

  • Independent Claim 1. A display system, comprising: a sensor configured to sense user information for calculating a sleep state of a usera projectorand control circuitry configured tocause the projector to project and display an image related to the sleep state calculated on the basis of the user information, wherein if the system judges, based on at least biological information calculated from the sensed user information, that theuser is in a sleep state prior to awakening, the control circuitry causes the projector to automatically project and display an image for inducing awakening of the user when the system judges that the user is in the sleep state prior to awakening, and ifthe system judges, based on at least the calculated biological information, that the user is in a state of awakening, the control circuitry switches the image displayed by the projector so as to automatically project and display an evaluation result ofsleep for the user when the system judges that the user is in the state of awakening.

  • Independent Claim 2. A display system, comprising: a sensor configured to sense user information for calculating a sleep state of a usera projectorprocessing circuitry configured to specify a timing regarding awakening of the user on the basis of the userinformationand control circuitry configured to cause the projector to start projection and display of the image in accordance with the specified timing, wherein if the system judges, based on at least biological information calculated from the senseduser information, that the user is in a sleep state prior to awakening, the control circuitry causes the projector to automatically project and display an image for inducing awakening of the user when the system judges that the user is in the sleep stateprior to awakening, and if the system judges, based on at least the calculated biological information, that the user is in a state of awakening, the control circuitry switches the image displayed by the projector so as to automatically project anddisplay an evaluation result of sleep for the user when the system judges that the user is in the state of awakening.

  • Independent Claim 3. A display system, comprising: a sensor configured to sense user information for calculating a sleep state of a user in beda projector configured to project and display a predetermined image when the user is in bedcontrol circuitryconfigured to control the projectorand communication circuitry configured to perform communication with a server through a network, wherein if the system judges, based on at least biological information calculated from the sensed user information,that the user is in a sleep state prior to awakening, the control circuitry causes the projector to automatically project and display an image for inducing awakening of the user when the system judges that the user is in the sleep state prior toawakening, and if the system judges, based on at least the calculated biological information, that the user is in a state of awakening, the control circuitry switches the image displayed by the projector so as to automatically project and display anevaluation result of sleep for the user when the system judges that the user is in the state of awakening.

  • Independent Claim 22. A display system, comprising: a sensor configured to sense user information for calculating a sleep state of a usera projectorand control circuitry configured to cause the projector to project and display an image related to the sleepstate calculated on the basis of the user information, wherein if the system judges that the user experiences an awakening in mid-course of sleep at a first timing, the control circuitry causes the projector to automatically select a first image toproject and display when the system judges that the user experiences the awakening in mid-course of sleep at the first timing, and if the system judges that the user experiences an awakening that is not in mid-course of sleep at a second timing, thecontrol circuitry causes the projector to automatically alternatively select a second image to project and display when the system judges that the user experiences the awakening that is not in mid-course of sleep at the second timing.

A display system, comprising: a sensor configured to sense user information for calculating a sleep state of a usera projectorprocessing circuitry configured to specify a timing regarding awakening of the user on the basis of the userinformationand control circuitry configured to cause the projector to start projection and display of the image in accordance with the specified timing, wherein if the system judges that the user experiences an awakening in mid-course of sleep at afirst timing, the control circuitry causes the projector to automatically select a first image to project and display when the system judges that the user experiences the awakening in mid-course of sleep at the first timing, and if the system judges thatthe user experiences an awakening that is not in mid-course of sleep at a second timing, the control circuitry causes the projector to automatically alternatively select a second image to project and display when the system judges that the userexperiences the awakening that is not in mid-course of sleep at the second timing.
