Zeez, a UK-based company, obtained their first patent for a low power, low frequency portable electromagnetic device. The Zeez Sleep Pebble emits electromagnetic signals at frequencies that mimic a sleeping brain. The device is placed under a user's pillow and runs through four sleep cycles. The company's website compares the Sleep Pebble to the Dreem headband and Phillips SmartSleep headband, which both use sound to help users sleep. Zeez is also releasing a Sleep Pad, which is flat, larger than the Sleep Pebble, has a 30-day rechargeable battery, and includes a 20-minute relaxation and jetlag recovery program.

Additionally, 14 of the 19 documents have been filed in the last ten years.
