SORAA has long been known in the commercial sector for quality lighting solutions, but they have been moving into the home lighting and sleep health sector as well. With patent filings going back to 2014, SORAA has focused their efforts on eliminating blue light from LED lights in order to not interrupt the circadian rhythm, and their newest patent application focuses on just that. In April, the company announced a full family of LED replacement bulbs that emit no blue light, named “SORAA healthy.” It should be noted that they have not followed the way of many other companies with color changing bulbs, instead focusing on doing this one thing right.
