Cove, a California-based startup, will be launching in May 2019 water bottles made from PHA, a 100% compostable biopolymer that breaks down into CO2, water, and organic waste. The company's goal is to ultimately persuade the big companies in the bottled water industry to switch to its PHA bottles.
