Salesforce.com, Inc. (Salesforce) recently announced a variety of new enterprise-focused services and tools in an attempt to increase artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in companies of all sizes. Their answer to Amazon's Alexa: Einstein.
Einstein is a brand new smart speaker and voice assistant, enabling users of Salesforce to communicate directly with the platform. Einstein is not restricted to any particular industry either, enabling custom skill-building to cover a wide variety of tasks.
As of now, there is no confirmation that Einstein will enter the commercial space.
