No. 10744324) that teaches using neurostimulation to treat Parkinson's disease. 

Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that leads to shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with walking, balance, and coordination. Although there is presently no cure for Parkinson's, technologies have been developed to help treat symptoms. One such of those treatments is disclosed in the '4324 patent, which teaches using a combination of sensors and neurostimulation electrodes on the legs to help those who have difficulty walking due to Parkinson's.
