Brain Health Comparison System

Systems and methods for determining a predicted brain health of a first user and providing individualized health recommendations to the first user based at least in part on an artificial neural network trained on previously existing anatomical and functional neuroimaging information, behavioral information, self-reported information, and other types of information of a plurality of users. The artificial neural network may be capable of determining a predicted benchmark of brain health of the first user's information when compared with the previously existing users' information and storing the first user's anatomical and/or functional neuroimaging information, behavioral information, self-reported information, and other types of information in a database such that the artificial neural network can be re-trained based on the new information of the first user. The first user can be notified of his or her brain health and receive individualized health recommendations.

3 Independent Claims

  • 1. A method for assaying, predicting, and comparing the health of a first user with a plurality of users and providing customized health recommendations, comprising: obtaining new information of a first user, said new information comprising: at least one of anatomical and functional information of at least one body organ of said first user; behavioral information of said first user; and self-reported information of said first user; providing a database comprising previously existing information of a plurality of users, said previously existing information comprising: anatomical information of said plurality of users; functional information of said plurality of users; behavioral information of said plurality of users; and self-reported information of said plurality of users; providing at least one computer processor loaded with software configured and operable to train an artificial neural network on said previously existing information; determining, using said at least one computer processor, and based at least in part on said artificial neural network: a predicted health of said first user by comparing said new information with said previously existing information; and a predicted benchmark of health of said first user by comparing said at least one of anatomical and functional information of said first user with said previously existing information; storing said new information in said database; retraining said artificial neural network based on said new information; and notifying said first user about the health of said first user.

  • 16. A system for assaying, predicting, and comparing brain health of a first user with a plurality of users and providing customized brain health recommendations, comprising: a database comprising previously existing information of a plurality of users, said previously existing information comprising: anatomical neuroimaging information; functional neuroimaging information; behavioral information; and self-reported information; at least one computer processor loaded with software configured and operable to: receive new information of a first user, said new information comprising: at least one of anatomical and functional neuroimaging information; behavioral information of said first user; and self-reported information of said first user; train, by executing computer-readable software, an artificial neural network on said previously existing information; determine, using said at least one computer processor, based at least in part on said artificial neural network trained on said previously existing user information: a predicted degree of brain health of said first user; a predicted benchmark of brain health of said first user based on a comparison of said new information of said first user with said previously existing information of said plurality of users; add said new information of said first user to said database; re-train said artificial neural network based on said new information of said first user; notify said first user of the brain health of said first user; and a memory coupled to at least some of said at least one computer processor with computer executable instructions.

  • 20. A system for assaying, predicting, and comparing brain health of a first user with a plurality of users and providing customized brain health recommendations, comprising: a neuroimaging device configured and operable to obtain at least one of anatomical and functional neuroimaging information, a behavioral information collection device, a user information database, said database configured to store previously existing user information of a plurality of users, said previously existing user information comprising: anatomical neuroimaging information; functional neuroimaging information; behavioral information; and self-reported information; a brain information preprocessing system, a voxel positioning system, a voxel intensity extraction system, a behavior and self-report prediction system, a brain area pinpointing system, a brain health benchmarking system, a multi-dimensional visualization and brain health recommendation system configured to: collect and receive new information of a first user, said new information comprising: at least one of anatomical and functional neuroimaging information of said first user; behavioral information of said first user; and self-reported information of said first user; determine, using at least one computer processor, and based at least in part on an artificial neural network trained on said previously existing user information: a predicted degree of brain health of said first user; and a predicted benchmark of brain health of said first user; store said new information of said first user in said database; re-train said artificial neural network based on said new information of said first user; and notify said first user of the brain health of said first user.
