Besides UPS, there are several startups and well-established small companies - Route4me, Eka Solutions, FlexPort and TruckTrax to name a few - but also some larger players from other industries - SAP, Oracle, GM Global, Verizon. Does iTrackFreight’s order modification feature address a real market need? It apparently looks down the hierarchy of command to find the best person to authorize the modification.
