A patent (US Pat. No. 10,682,508) for an electrically stimulating transdermal CBD patch for pain relief has recently been issued to a group of independent inventors. The anesthetic patch has electrodes for receiving a current from a TENS device and is infused with CBD and also contains analgesics such as Menthol, Lidocaine, or Capsaicin.
